There is a dinner option that you can pre-purchase (up until 2 weeks before the conference). This meal will be served in the Prince Conference Center, Great Hall. 

The dinner will be the following, served in a buffet:

• Smoked pulled pork and chicken breast
• Mac & cheese, pickles (allergens: wheat, milk)
• Elote corn (allergens: milk)
• Potato salad (allergens: egg)
• Maple bacon baked beans
• Pickled red onion
• Corn bread muffins (allergens: wheat, milk, egg)
• Cinnamon butter
• House salad
• Served with traditional BBQ sauce and Carolina BBQ sauce
• House-baked brownies
• Pepsi products

Select the Gluten Free option for Gluten Free Mac & Cheese and rolls.

Friday Lunch

Friday, February 6, 12:30PM - 2:00PM

There is a lunch option that you can pre-purchase (up until 2 weeks before the conference). This meal will be available to be picked up on the 3rd floor of Hekman Library, near the Calvin Institute of Christian Worship's office.

There are four boxed lunches that you can pre-purchase. 

Box Sandwich Lunches include: 

• West Michigan Club: turkey, bacon, Colby Jack (contains dairy), lettuce, tomato, thousand island dressing, sourdough (contains gluten)
• Chicken Caesar Wrap: grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, tomato, red onion, parmesan (contains dairy), Caesar dressing

Sandwiches come with whole fruit, chips, and a pickle.

Box Salad Lunches include:

• Kale Marinated Tofu Salad: tofu, three-kale mix, sweet potato, roasted garbanzo beans, pickled red onion, maple mustard vinaigrette
• Southwest Salad: Southwest chicken, romaine lettuce, roasted corn, cherry tomato, black olives, bell pepper, shredded cheese (contains dairy), tortilla strips, creamy cilantro lime dressing 

Salads come with rolls and butter.
